This week it is apparently going to rain the whole time. Which, sucks for us today and tomorrow because Sister Carroll and I don't have a car until Wednesday. Then on Wednesday, the Elders don't have a car. But that's okay. They should be fine. I think that I am honestly going to miss haunted houses the most during Halloween. I freaking love those things. We have a Zone Conference next monday (in which my companion Sister Carroll and I are singing at ) and then we have P-Day on Halloween! It's going to be so freaking fun... I hope.

This week, has been long. After Transfers happen, Eternal week happens. It's been rough. We also were put onto car rotations so we gave up our freaking nice 2017 chevy malibu. Then, we had to walk everywhere. On Wednesday we had an appointment at 12 with a less active that we are working with so we got a ride from Elder and Sister Rushton who work at the mission office. Well, she lives in Lansing but in the Elders area. So, we thought that after her appointment, we would be able to walk 6 miles to our next appointment, all the way on the other freaking side of Lansing. Yeah, that didn't happen. We had to cancel that appointment. We felt bad because it was a potential investigator that we had picked up the day before and he seemed super interested in hearing more about the Book of Mormon. But anyways, we ended up visiting some recent converts that the Elders are still working with to make sure that they will remain active in the church. But we went over there, had some cake, talked with them for a while, and then walked over to our next appointment which was a dinner appointment (thankfully). It was with a non member who lives with a member. Usually we eat with both of them, but Sally Mae (the member) works nights so she was sleeping. Cece (the non member) fed us dinner. Obviously, we started with a prayer, then the whole time during dinner she was practically telling us her life story and asking questions about the church. Well, we ended with a prayer and then we all went outside to wait for our ride to come and pick us up. Before we left, Cece asked us if we could have a lesson and dinner next time we came over. She asked for the missionary lessons! It was freaking amazing! So, we picked her up as a new investigator! That was a blessing from car fast! Then, since we had to find a song to sing, we ended up going to a members house and printing off some lyrics for the song that Sister Carroll and I will be singing at Zone Conference. The next day, we walked from our apartment down to the institute building (which is connected to the mission office) and wondered how long we had been walking. We walked for an hour and 10 minutes. To say that our legs were tired is an understatement. We've done that walk a couple times though so obviously we hadn't learned our lesson. That's mostly how my week has been. On Sunday, we had the most investigators come to church in the Lansing Zone. We had 4 investigators come to church. It was awesome. We are hopefully meeting with Cece tomorrow night and are going to try and put her on date for baptism. We also have another new investigator who has gone to church 5 weeks in a row. All by herself! She has also been reading the Book of Mormon and now wants the missionary lessons. Super cool! We are also going to try and put her on date so hopefully all works out.
Rachel, the one who came to church with Amanda, the referral from the Lansing 2 sisters came to church. She came with Amanda again which was awesome! During Sunday School she was asking a lot of good questions which got the whole class involved. So it was awesome. We are meeting with her on Tuesday! She was practically taught half of the Plan of Salvation yesterday though. But every time that she got an answer to her question she would say "That's make sense!!" so she is obviously very prepared.

We tried to put set a baptism date for Amanda but she said no. She's getting closer and I think a lot of the things that were said at church yesterday, was what she needed to hear.  But we are trying to put Amanda on date for the 25 of November. Hopefully it will happen

Also, I sent Brek a letter. Has he gotten it yet?

Also, here's some pictures! That's my new companion Sister Carroll and then yesterday when we matched with Elder Peterson cause we all had floral on. A house all decked out for Halloween...

(Summer also mentioned that they think they have mold in their apartment which could be the cause of her headaches-she is still having them.  She has a dr. appointment on Friday.)
