This week went by SO fast! I can't believe it! It is insane how alike Sister King and I are! We both have the same kind of humor and we think the same! All the time! We went door knocking a lot this week. We doorknocked for a full 3 hours  on Thursday . That was actually a lot of fun. Even though the street was super long and took up the full 3 hours to knock, we had a blast! We knocked on this one guys door and he opens the door and says," Jehovahs?" We respond with a no. Then he says, "Mormons?" We respond with a yes! He then answers by saying,"Bye." and then closing the door quickly. As he was closing the door, Sister King and I both yelled out,"Have a good day!" We got a kick out of what had happened on that door step.  We also asked a lady if she needed any help and she responded,"Oh no thanks. I'm just cleaning since all the snow has melted. I'm just trying to get rid of someone elses cat puke off of my doorstep. Just cause

NOTE FROM THE MOMMA:  It's terrible when your missionary forgets to bring her camera so she can't upload her pictures that she took of her new area and apartment...How is a momma's heart supposed to be satisfied with NO DETAILS!! Sister Freeman's new address 1155 N. Chipman Apt. #1 Owosso, MI 48867 Owosso is great! I love it here! Sister King and I get along so well! Her and I actually got food poisoning yesterday though so that wasn't very fun. But hey, we're better now! We have an investigator on date for  February 10. Her name is Jolee.  We picked up a new investigator the day that I got to Owosso which was awesome! We have been doing lots of door knocking, which is fine with me. I have definitely gotten out of my comfort zone a lot and been able to talk to people about the gospel nonstop on doorsteps or while we are walking on the sidewalk and they are also walking on the sidewalk. I love sharing the gospel everyday! It makes me so so happy!! The

SIDE NOTE: I received an email from a lady that Sis Freeman door knocked.  The email to follow Subject:  I met Sister Freeman   Hello, I know that I am a stranger dropping you a note but wanted to let you know that I met Sister Freeman this week and wanted to let her mom know how she seems to be doing.  I follow someone on social media who has a son on his LDS mission and she said something about if you meet them offer to send their mom a note, so I remember this when Sister Freeman came to my door.  I apologize that I didn't think to take a picture for you. She seemed to be doing well and it was nice to meet her.  Michigan winters are tough but she was happy, friendly, and had a sweet attitude even in the midst of our gloomy winter. I wanted to let you, as her mother, know that I appreciate what she is doing and what you as a mother are doing by letting her go on her mission.  While our faiths are different in many ways, I respect the commitment that she

It is so crazy that it is already 2018! I can't believe it! The crazier thing is is that I might be going home in December of this year if President allows me to. So that is SUPER weird! Hopefully everything is alright with Bodes foot. It's good that he is able to walk on it! I am so glad that dad is getting better but I am happy that I didn't have to be there for the bad gas issues. Hopefully the stench leaves the house soon.   That is so cool that the wrestling team did so good! Is Bode loving wrestling? I am so happy that Lexi got a wedding dress! She looks so pretty and so happy!! She and Mason are perfect for each other!  This week has been really cold! Sister Carroll and I had interviews  on Monday , District P-Day  on Tuesday  which was a blast! We wore our matching MLM pants that you sent us for Christmas! We looked great! We got Priesthood blessings  on Wednesday  so that we could go out and work without feeling like complete death all the time. It worked! The

My week has been cold cold cold. I've also gotten a cold. We had to save miles so we walked places in order to do that. I dressed as warm as possible. With A LOT of layers. It was insane how cold its gotten in the past few days/week! Its gotten so cold that my hands are so dry now!! I can't stand it! No matter how much lotion I put on, nothing seems to work!  We had interviews with President yesterday and he told me that  in 2 weeks  I will be getting transferred. I don't know where to yet though. He asked me if I had a specific place in mind but since all I know is this area, I just said two zones that I've been hearing about a lot recently. So, we will see  in 2 weeks  where I will be going for sure!! Skyping was so much fun!! It was great to be able to see you all and talk to you guys!  Sister Carroll and I loved the pajamas that we got, by the way! We took a lot of awkward pictures to prove it, too!! This week has been a lot of fun and we are working super ha

We had a baptism this morning where our investigators got baptized. They're all sisters (15,13, and 11 years old) whos parents have been less active for a little while. A few years ago, they started coming back to church with all of their kids but then only the mom and the kids kept coming to church. The girls really wanted to get baptized and one of their younger siblings turned 8 this year so the goal was to get them baptized by the end of the year. Sister carroll and I didn't know if that was going to happen because every time we kept bringing baptism up to the mom, she wouldn't answer our question specifically. So, at one lesson where we had decided that we were going to drop them since they weren't progressing. At the end of the lesson, the mom walked us to the door and then told us that they were thinking of a date for them to get baptized in December. We were shocked! Well, a few weeks ago they told us that they had decided on December 23 for the baptism to be he
