WE PICKED UP A NEW INVESTIGATOR AND PUT OUR OTHER INVESTIGATOR ON DATE!! So, we aren't sure how solid our new investigator is, but we are so happy that our prayers were answered. She reads any kind of scripture that she can get her hands on. When we gave her the Book of Mormon she immediately said that she would read it. It was really cool. So, we left her with 3 Nephi 11 to read and in return, she gave us Psalms 91 to read. She has SO many questions. She even asked us a deep doctrine question. My companion and I looked at each other and were like,"Oh man... What do we say?". It was interesting. She is definitely a gander-ranter. But, our other investigator, is pregnant and wanted to baptized  April 7  because that is when she hopes that the morning sickness will be gone by. She wants the bishop to marry her and her boyfriend before that though so that she can get baptized since they are living together. But, transfer calls came yesterday! I am staying in Owosso and getti...

So happy to hear about how things went at State! So sad that I wasn't there to cheer people on. I bet it was a lot of fun. Oh Rose. I miss her and Crystal so much. Tell them I say hi!  Did Lexi and Mason go to State as well? Or did they stay in Rexburg? Haha we didn't have church here for 2 weeks. We finally had Church yesterday. Sister King and I are no longer Less Active missionaries! I taught second hour Gospel Principles. I was a nervous wreck but somehow I made it through. Make sure to send me an invitation! I am so excited for Lexi. How are wedding plans going?  Sister King and I have definitely been trying to follow the promptings of the Spirit way more this week. We only have one investigator, Rachel. Jolee dropped us. It was really sad. We both got the prompting  on Saturday  to stop by her house. So, we stopped by and no one answered. We then got a prompting to go to her ex-boyfriends house. So, we went over there. Again, no one answered. We left an...

Hello! I did get the Valentines day package! So cute! Thanks for sending that to me! We got so much snow this weekend. It was insane! My snowboots don't keep the snow out of my shoes so I am wearing my rain boots today haha. Sis. King and I had a lot of fun in the snow one day as you will see in some of my pictures. We took turns pushing each other into the snow. It was a lot of fun! Zone conference was a blast! I got to Sister Carroll which I was so happy about! Also, that pic that you sent of Sis. Carroll and Sis. Szoke... They aren't together anymore. Sister Szoke was causing problems so she is now in Dewitt which is in my District. Sister Carroll is with Sister Scott now. Sister King is from South Jordan, Utah. She goes home in March of 2019. She and I have had some issues this week. She gets so mad about anything and everything. I try to cheer her up and get her from not being mad anymore, but she just ignores me until we have a lesson and then she acts like everyth...

I am doing great! This week has been a little stressful for Sister King and I but we are feeling loads better today. Jolee is doing good. She has 29 hours of community service left to do  so she is a little bit stressed. But she isn't wanting to change her baptismal date. So, she's gonna keep working hard! I haven't gotten the package yet but it should be coming very soon. That is an amazing story to hear about Ryker. He is amazing. I love him so much. This week has been cold and full of miracles!  On Wednesday , we got a text from a former investigator and she told us to come over. So, we went over and she told us that she was pregnant and her boyfriend was so excited about that. We ended up teaching her about temples and family history work. She and her boyfriend are wanting to get married so that she can get baptized. So exciting! We also were told by a member that we had given a Book of Mormon to her nephew. She was thanking us so much! He doesn't understand it ...

This week went by SO fast! I can't believe it! It is insane how alike Sister King and I are! We both have the same kind of humor and we think the same! All the time! We went door knocking a lot this week. We doorknocked for a full 3 hours  on Thursday . That was actually a lot of fun. Even though the street was super long and took up the full 3 hours to knock, we had a blast! We knocked on this one guys door and he opens the door and says," Jehovahs?" We respond with a no. Then he says, "Mormons?" We respond with a yes! He then answers by saying,"Bye." and then closing the door quickly. As he was closing the door, Sister King and I both yelled out,"Have a good day!" We got a kick out of what had happened on that door step.  We also asked a lady if she needed any help and she responded,"Oh no thanks. I'm just cleaning since all the snow has melted. I'm just trying to get rid of someone elses cat puke off of my doorstep. Just cause...

NOTE FROM THE MOMMA:  It's terrible when your missionary forgets to bring her camera so she can't upload her pictures that she took of her new area and apartment...How is a momma's heart supposed to be satisfied with NO DETAILS!! Sister Freeman's new address 1155 N. Chipman Apt. #1 Owosso, MI 48867 Owosso is great! I love it here! Sister King and I get along so well! Her and I actually got food poisoning yesterday though so that wasn't very fun. But hey, we're better now! We have an investigator on date for  February 10. Her name is Jolee.  We picked up a new investigator the day that I got to Owosso which was awesome! We have been doing lots of door knocking, which is fine with me. I have definitely gotten out of my comfort zone a lot and been able to talk to people about the gospel nonstop on doorsteps or while we are walking on the sidewalk and they are also walking on the sidewalk. I love sharing the gospel everyday! It makes me so so happy!! The ...

SIDE NOTE: I received an email from a lady that Sis Freeman door knocked.  The email to follow Subject:  I met Sister Freeman   Hello, I know that I am a stranger dropping you a note but wanted to let you know that I met Sister Freeman this week and wanted to let her mom know how she seems to be doing.  I follow someone on social media who has a son on his LDS mission and she said something about if you meet them offer to send their mom a note, so I remember this when Sister Freeman came to my door.  I apologize that I didn't think to take a picture for you. She seemed to be doing well and it was nice to meet her.  Michigan winters are tough but she was happy, friendly, and had a sweet attitude even in the midst of our gloomy winter. I wanted to let you, as her mother, know that I appreciate what she is doing and what you as a mother are doing by letting her go on her mission.  While our faiths are different in many ways, I re...
